Oh no!  Let's fix that!

Step #1.  Please double check the email address you used to purchase the challenge.  Most people have multiple email addresses and forget which one they used at the time of purchase.

Step #2. Check your SPAM/Junk/Promotions Folder

Step #3.  If (and only if) you have done Step #1 and Step #2 it is likely that there is a typo in your email address.  Please submit a support ticket to our Tech Team with your name, date of purchase and email address.
