How do I cancel my membership?

In order to cancel your membership, you just need to click on your Member Profile (the square icon at the top right that has either your initials or your picture) and then select BILLING.

Then click on the three dots after your credit card information.
Select CANCEL from the drop down menu.

Then click CONFIRM CANCELLATION

Please note that if you want to avoid being charged after your trial membership you must cancel BEFORE you next billing date. We do not offer refunds or partial refunds for a month.

You will have access to your membership through the end of your current billing date.
