Booking Individual Academy Coaching Calls

How to Book Your Coaching Call:
  1. Step 1: Log into your Member’s area: UnstoppableInfluenceAcademy.com/Login

  2. Step 2: Go to the Current Month Section - Example “December 2020”

  3. Step 3: Click on the “Book Your Coaching Call” Tab.

  4. Step 4: Click the button that reads “Schedule Your Coaching Call”

  5. Step 5: A new window will pop-up and you will see a menu with the available coaches. Please select a coach.

  6. Step 6: Once you select your coach, you will be directed to a page to select your coaching call length. If you are using your Monthly Coaching Credit, you will select Academy Coaching (30 Min.).

    If you would like to have a 60-Minute call, you will need to use BOTH monthly credits or alternatively have already purchased additional 30-Minute credits from the Coaching Zone tab in your Member’s area. To book a 60-Minute call, you will select Academy Coaching (60- Min.). Please note that you must already have credits available at the time of booking. If no credits are available, your session will be cancelled.

    If you are booking time with paid coaching credits for services such as Emotion Coding or Speaker Coaching, you will need to select the proper service under the respective coach.

  7. Step 7: Once you select your coaching session length, you will be directed to your Coach’s personal calendar. Select the date and time for the month. You will be asked to continue - if it is the time you want click “Continue”.

  8. Step 8: Fill out a couple questions for your coach so they are prepared for your call.

  9. Step 9: Once you book your call - an email will be sent to you from OnceHub with the zoom link and the responses to the questions. Please immediately add the call to your calendar!
